Free on-site estimate
We visit your home, measure, look at existing conditions and listen to what you want. It usually takes 30 minutes to an hour, and there is no cost.
Written proposal and contract
You get the scope, materials, schedule and payment schedule in writing. If permits or plans are needed, the proposal explains the steps and how they affect the timeline.
Build, protect and update
We protect floors and furniture, seal off work areas, coordinate trade partners and clean up daily. You get regular updates and a heads-up on any decisions coming up.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you, complete the punch list and leave the space clean and ready to use.

Yes. We come to your home, look at the space, take measurements and talk through what you want. An estimate usually takes 30 minutes to an hour, and we schedule them Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Request yours here.
What is the smallest job you take?
Our minimum project is $500. That covers smaller jobs like a drywall repair or a room of paint, while most of our work is larger remodels, ADUs, additions, concrete and pools.
Do I need a permit to remodel in Cathedral City?
Cathedral City Building and Safety issues permits for construction, additions and alterations. Paint and new flooring usually do not need one; moving plumbing, electrical or walls typically does. We tell you what your project needs during the estimate.
When is the best time of year to remodel in the desert?
Interior remodels work year round. Exterior painting, concrete and pool work are easiest from fall through spring; in summer we start early and plan around the afternoon heat. Booking ahead of the cooler season helps lock in your start date.
