Remodeling FAQ

We handle home remodeling, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, ADUs, home additions, pool construction, concrete, tile flooring, drywall and painting. We do not build new homes.

Call (760) 834-5089 or use the free estimate page. We visit your home Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The estimate is free and usually takes 30 minutes to an hour.

It depends on scope, material lead times and whether the city needs to review plans. A drywall repair can take a day or two; an ADU or addition takes months including permits. Your written proposal includes the schedule.

Cathedral City Building and Safety issues permits for construction, additions and alterations. Plumbing, electrical, structural changes, additions, ADUs and pools need permits. Paint and most flooring do not. We confirm what your project needs before work starts.

A deposit to start, then progress payments as each stage of the work is completed. Amounts and stages are written into your contract before work begins.

We do not offer financing at this time. Your contract spells out the payment schedule so you can plan for each stage.

Our minimum project is $500. Most of our work ranges from about $5,000 to $100,000.

We are based in Cathedral City and serve the Coachella Valley and Southern California within about 100 miles. See our service areas for cities in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles counties.

We start early, schedule concrete pours and exterior paint for the cooler hours and keep fresh concrete moist while it cures. Interior projects run on a normal schedule year round.

In most cases, yes. We phase the work, seal off work areas and clean up daily. During a full kitchen remodel, plan on a temporary kitchen in another room.
