Saul Mejia has 15 years of experience in remodeling and construction, and he still runs every project himself. That means the person who gives you the estimate is the same person who plans the work, coordinates the trades and walks the finished job with you. There is no hand-off to someone who never saw your house.

We work with homeowners across the Coachella Valley and Southern California, with contractors who need a dependable remodeling partner and with clients who come to us by referral. Projects range from a $500 repair to complete home remodels, ADUs, home additions and pools.

• Trusted trade partners. For plumbing, electrical and specialty work, we bring in trade partners we know and schedule them so the job flows.
• Everything in writing. Scope, materials, schedule and payment schedule are written into your proposal and contract.
• A clean, protected home. Floors covered, work areas sealed and debris out at the end of each day.
